Key Role:
Anglin Consulting Group has an opening for a General Clerk II to provide a full-range of Human Resources (HR) customer services in support.  Provide HR customer service support to include answering telephones, interacting with customers and scheduling appointments with external points of contact.  Assist with recruiting personnel with all applicant proceedings, including data entry, waiver requests, rate determinations, and scheduling reservations for recruit travel to basic training.  Prepare and edit outreach correspondence, forms and other documents for signature.  Assist recruiting personnel in ordering and managing office supplies, literature, and promotional recruiting literature and other inventory items.  Assist recruiting personnel in managing files and documentation, including updating, organizing, processing, coordinating and filing records, plans and other written and electronic materials.  Assist recruiting personnel in developing briefings and the distribution of presentation materials and handouts.  Assist recruiting personnel in processing officer program applicants using the discrepancy database. This shall include data-entry and processing. Assist recruiting personnel in managing files and documentation, including updating, organizing, processing, coordinating and filing records, plans and other written and electronic materials.  This position is located in Washington, DC.


Basic Qualifications: Manages time effectively, meets deadlines, achieves established goals & objectives. Assist in establishing, accomplishing & continuously evaluating goals. Assumes responsibility for accuracy of work processes, multiple task flows, and actions and decisions.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school or equivalent
  • One (1) year of HR related experience
  • Proficient in the use of the following software: Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security and/or background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

This is a contract position with a minimum duration of one (1) year with option to extend based on performance and client needs.
