Skills & Abilities
Serves as a Financial Management Analyst with a group of analysts who are working in concert to systematically integrate business processes, especially pertaining to grants, loans, contracting, personnel, leases, and interagency agreements. Experience working in a highly automated environment, and be familiar with the capabilities of Oracle financials.  Able to assess products and procedures for compliance with government standards, accounting principles and multi-tiered system application standards. Cognizant of interrelationships between financial management requirements and automated solutions, considering the current system environment and the potential integration of added systems concurrently or later. 
Possesses an understanding of specific job requirements with requisite skills to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Applies general knowledge of standards, concepts, practices, and techniques related to the project function(s) in order to accomplish assignments.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Six (6) years of Federal financial management knowledge and experience
  • Strong understanding of Federal financial management laws and regulations, Federal proprietary and budgetary accounting, financial reporting, federal system requirements, and internal control requirements
  • Demonstrated proficiency in federal financial statement audits, financial analysis, system testing, and internal control reviews.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of federal budget and accounting business processes.
  • English: Fluent
  • Master’s Degree.
