Key Role:
Anglin Consulting Group has an opening for a Curam Consultant to work with DC Department of Human Services with developing a plan to implement technology in support of the Family Services Administration specifically related to permanent supportive housing program.  Work closely with the DHS and its community based providers to determine requirements.    Responsible for ensuring that software development activities conducted by the District system integrator meet industry best practice and guidelines agreed upon by the District.  Establishing and supporting the testing efforts including user acceptance testing work stream for the Department of Human Services.  Perform quality testing and lead user acceptance testing using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF).  Write a test plan based upon requirements, develop test scripts, perform testing, and assist in the training of end users or testers and will have deep knowledge in software testing methodology and the system development life cycle.   Participate in design specification reviews and technical documentation reviews is essential to performing these duties.  Create testing and performance summary reports clearly communicating to management all testing results.  Prioritize defects to be fixed using an understanding of the business requirements and the needs of the customer.  This position is located in Washington, DC.


Basic Qualifications:  Able to work comfortably with  minimal supervision; able to work in a fast paced IT environment with quickly changing priorities.  Able to balance resources to achieve maximum productivity in a fast paced environment.

Required Qualifications:
Application development to application software development (preferably Java)
Experience with JAVA application developments
Curam (V6 and previous versions) software development experience in CER rule, IEG and workflow
Workshop facilitation
Exp develop test conditions & expected results based on the application req
Exp review project deliverables for completeness & quality
Experience with Medicaid, TANF, SANP services and case management
Web service design and development
Exp with Oracle Database and development tools such Eclipse and RSA

This is a contract position with the District of Columbia.  This position has a minimum duration of one (1) year with option to extend based on performance and client needs.  Direct applicants submittal only, no third party or staffing agencies.
