IT Project Release Manager

Key Role:
Anglin Consulting Group has an opening for a IT Project Release Manager to support the District’s consolidated health and human services eligibility and enrollment, DC Access System (DCAS) implementation project.   Work independently as well as in teams that include government staff, other ITSA resources and system integrator teams.  Work in high performing, fast-pace environments to meet significant deadlines monitored by federal funding agencies.  Design, drive, analyze, track and report on the progress and status of the  DCAS Project with relation to the SDLC, Project Release Timelines and all other relevant deliverables associated.  Work closely with the DHS and its partner agencies to ensure the agencies’ priorities are met. This is a position in the DC Access System (DCAS) implementation project.  This position is located in Washington, DC.


Basic Qualifications: Adaptable; Analytical; Goal Orientated; Driven; Self-Starter.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in project management that combines technical program management and business requirements
Experience with project/program management - SDLC
Experience with multi-tasking on various project workstreams to ensure requirements and deliverables are met
Experience operating as a lead for an IT Project, focused on Healthcare & Health Services functionalities
Knowledge of process improvement strategies and defect tracking (jira a plus)
Experience with  with Project management tools (MS Project, Jira, SharePoint etc.)

Desired Qualifications: 
PMP Certification
Experience with Functional/working knowledge of Curam software
Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security and/or background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

This is a contract position with the District of Columbia.  This position has a minimum duration of one (1) year with option to extend based on performance and client needs.
