Key Role:
Anglin Consulting Group has an opening for a Telecom Voice Network Engineer to support & maintain current telecom systems and services in enterprise network.  Provide advanced telecom support & administration.  Perform software changes.  Assist with installs, upgrades, and maintenance.  Support beyond moves, adds & changes.  Train and mentor telecom help desk members.  Must have experience with Tier 2 Avaya Voice, 4+ years Avaya experience, Avaya Systems, SIP, H.323, Avaya VOIP Monitoring, Avaya Aura Communication Manager, Avaya 8300, 8500, 8700, 8800 servers, Avaya Gateway’s 450, 650, 700, Avaya 96XX VoIP Phones, Avaya, ACD. Must have hands on experience with Qualified candidates will have hands on experience with, AVAYA Communication Manager, AVAYA Modular Messaging, AVAYA CMS Administration and troubleshooting, AVAYA CMS Supervisor, AVAYA IQ Reports, AVAYA ONE-X and NICE call recording.  This position is located in Washington, DC.

Required Qualifications:
Interpret system logs, events , isolate failure points. 8 Years
Understanding of tools and techniques to diagnose telecom problems 8 Years
Working knowledge of Modular Messaging 5.x. 5 Years
Experience providing Tier 1-3 support for enterprise Avaya network 4 Years
Experience managing complex voice projects across all teams 4 Years
Experience troubleshooting and problem identification 4 Years
Experience working w/ equipment vendors and telecom providers to resolve issue 4 Years
Experience monitoring and resolving service requests based on SLAs 4 Years
Communications skills across many concurrent deployment teams/management 4 Years
Knows data & VoIP principles supporting converged voice/data network environ 4 Years
Working knowledge of supporting telephony contact center products. 4 Years
Avaya systems, CM, MM, CMS, IQ 4 Years
Avaya Unified Communications and all adjuncts 4 Years
Troubles shoot and diagnose production impacting telephony support applications. 4 Years
Strong working exp. with AES, AAR/ARS 4 Years
Strong working exp. with W/Class Routing, VDN, Vector’s and ACD Call Center 4 Years
Strong working exp. with Analog, Digital, Avaya and Cisco VoIP voice services, SIP and H.323 endpoints 4 Years
Proven experience with Avaya CMS and IQ reporting 4 Years
Strong customer consulting experience 4 Years
Knowledge and experience with converged infrastructure Behavior Characteristics 4 Years

Desired Qualifications:
best practices of operating systems, server hardware configs and databases. 5  Years
Strong working exp. with Avaya Aura S88xx, S87xx, LSP, G700, G650, G450, CMS 5  Years
Working knowledge of Microsoft UM and Integration with Avaya Switches 3  Years
Knowledge of Cisco IP Platform and Cisco UC solutions 3  Years
Familiarity with SIP Solutions 3  Years
Nice system, and connectivity into other telephony adjuncts. 3  Years
Expert knowledge or certification of Avaya’s Architecture software and hardware 3  Years
Understanding of VoIP protocols, QoS standards and policies. 3  Years
Knowledge or certification of Avaya's Architecture software and hardware 3  Years

This is a contract position with a minimum duration of one (1) year with option to extend based on performance and client needs.
