Key Role:
Anglin Consulting Group has an opening for a Senior Voice Engineer to evaluate, design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot problems with complex unified communications architectures in multi-vendor, multi-platform converged network; administers overall Unified Communications environments; to include video.  Experience evaluating vendor proposals, writing technical documentation and providing and delivering end-user training when neededMust have extensive troubleshooting (tier 3+).  Experience with multi-vendor, multi-platform unified communications engineer with design and implementation. Extensive troubleshooting and internal client management skills.  Strong technical background.  This position is located in Washington, DC.

Overall IT Experience 15 Years
Experienced in LAN and WAN QOS design and configurations 12 Years
Prior project management and customer facing experience 12 Years
Experience Configuring and troubleshoot Cisco IP Communicator and Jabber 10 Years
Experienced in DNS Server, DHCP, domains and TCP/IP based apps 10 Years
Experience supporting multi-vendor, multi-platform converged networks 10 Years
Experience with bulk upload tools such as (BAT) for large scale deployments 10 Years
Experience with configuration of route plans, route lists, device profiles, calling search spaces, and partitions in multisite environments. 10 Years
Experience with Configuring and troubleshoot Cisco Unity Connection features, subscribers, call handlers, call routing rules 10 Years
Experience with Signaling Protocol - MGCP,SIP,H.323,SCCP,Qsig 10 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring Cisco Unified Communication Manager V 7, 8, 9, 10.x (CUCM) 10 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring high level Dial plan based on Multitenant organizations 10 Years
Experience with supporting and configuring Unified Communication Manager Express and SRST 10 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring unity Connection V 7, 8, 9, 10.x 10 Years
Experience with Upgrade existing Cisco UC platforms to latest software releases using Cisco best practices 10 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring Cisco Contact Center Express V 7, 8, 9, 10.x 8 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring IP Paging System. Singleware InformaCast 5 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring Cisco Unified Presence V 7, 8, 9, 10.x 4 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server and MSE 8000 Series infrastructure 2 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring Virtual UC 8x System on VMWare, Unified Computing System 2 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring and implementing Cisco Prime Collaboration 2 Years
Passed CCIE Collaboration Lab    
Passed CCIE Collaboration Written    
Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP) Voice    

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with Supporting advanced centralized dial plan in CUCM, SME, VCS/E, 4 Years
Experience with Supporting and configuring Cisco Show and Share and Cisco Telepresence Content Server and Cisco TelePresence Management Suite 2 Years
Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP)    
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Voice    
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)    
BS/BA Engineering, computer engineering, Computer Science or relevant work experience    
Cisco Unified Contact Center Express experience

This is a contract position with a minimum duration of one (1) year with option to extend based on performance and client needs.
